Dr. North received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside. He has taught at the community college and the college levels. Because he\'s been on the \"inside\" of the collegiate system, he has discovered the loopholes within the system -- and is now revealing them.
\"I know which corners can safely be cut in order to save you both time and money,\" says Dr. North. \"I also know which universities allow you to cut all of these corners. Not many do. But every university allows you to cut some of them.\"
He outlines a specific 7-point strategy to slashing tuition costs: \"The more of them you adopt, the cheaper your college education will be. If you really scramble, you can earn a B.A. degree for under $12,00; I think $15,000 is more likely. It depends on your major and the college you attend.\"
